From your first enquiry to bringing your kitten home

Our reservation process has been designed to be straightforward, transparent and fair for every family.

If we have kittens currently available, you're welcome to contact us directly to express your interest. You'll be invited to complete our kitten application form, allowing us to learn more about you, your home and what you're looking for in your future companion.

Once we've had the opportunity to discuss your application and we've agreed that the kitten is a suitable match for your family, a £300 non-refundable reservation deposit is required to secure your chosen kitten.

Our aim is always to match the right kitten with the right family, rather than simply operating on a first-come, first-served basis. The health, welfare and long-term happiness of every kitten will always remain our priority.

If you're hoping to welcome a kitten from one of our future litters, you're always welcome to contact us and register your interest.

We don't operate a formal waiting list, as we prefer to take a more personal and flexible approach when planning our litters and matching kittens with their forever families. There is no fee simply to register your interest in a future litter.

Once a litter is born, we'll keep interested families updated as the kittens grow and develop. When they are old enough for us to begin thoughtfully matching them with their future homes, we'll invite suitable families to complete our kitten application form.

Our aim is never to simply work on a first-come, first-served basis. Instead, we take the time to understand each family's lifestyle, home environment and preferences, helping us find the most suitable match for both the kitten and their future family.

If you have a particular preference for a future litter, you're welcome to let us know when you get in touch. While we can never guarantee a particular colour, pattern, gender or timing, we'll always do our best to keep your preferences in mind when suitable kittens become available.

Once we've had the opportunity to discuss your application and we've agreed that the kitten is a suitable match for your family, your reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of a £300 non-refundable reservation deposit.

Our pet kittens are priced at £1,200, with the reservation deposit deducted from the final balance payable on collection. The reservation deposit forms part of the £1,200 pet kitten price and is not an additional charge.

Once your reservation has been confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email together with your receipt. This will include important information about your reservation, details about your chosen kitten, our address and everything you'll need throughout your journey with us.

From this point onwards, you'll receive regular pictures and videos as your kitten grows and develops, allowing you to enjoy every milestone right up until collection day.

We love welcoming prospective families to visit and believe meeting your future kitten is a special part of the journey.

To protect the health and well-being of our queens and young kittens, we welcome visits by appointment once our kittens have received their first vaccinations and comprehensive veterinary health examination. This forms an important part of our biosecurity measures, helping us provide the safest possible environment during their early development.

Before this stage, we're always happy to arrange video calls, giving you the opportunity to meet the kittens, watch them grow within their home environment and ask any questions you may have.

During your visit, you'll have the opportunity to spend time with your chosen kitten, meet their mum, and see how our kittens are raised within our family home. We're also happy to show you copies of our breeding cats' health testing certificates, pedigrees and other relevant documentation, ensuring complete transparency and giving you confidence in your decision.

Our visits are relaxed, personal and unhurried, allowing plenty of time to get to know your future kitten while discussing everything you need to know before welcoming your kitten home.

One of the most exciting parts of reserving a kitten is watching them grow.

We'll provide regular updates throughout your kittens time with us, including pictures, videos and important milestones.

Weekly updates are scheduled as standard, although we often send additional updates whenever time allows. While caring for our cats and kittens will always remain our priority, we understand how special these moments are and do our very best to keep you involved throughout your kittens development.

We believe honesty and transparency are fundamental to responsible breeding.

Throughout your kittens time with us, we'll keep you informed about veterinary health examinations, vaccinations, microchipping, neutering or spaying and any other significant milestones.

Should your kitten require veterinary treatment for any illness or injury, we'll contact you immediately, discuss the situation openly and share any relevant veterinary information.

If a health concern is identified that could significantly affect your kittens long-term health or quality of life, you'll have the option of transferring your reservation deposit to another suitable kitten or a future litter, or receiving a refund of your reservation deposit in accordance with our reservation agreement.

Our kittens remain with us until a minimum of 13 weeks of age, allowing time for their vaccinations, comprehensive veterinary health examinations, microchipping, neutering or spaying, recovery and continued social and behavioural development alongside their mother and litter-mates.

By the time your kitten leaves for their forever home, they'll be healthy, confident and fully prepared to begin the next chapter of their life with you.
