Welcoming a Ragdoll kitten into your family is an exciting journey, and we're honoured you're considering CloudNine Ragdolls.
We believe finding the right home is just as important as raising exceptional kittens. Every family is unique, just as every kitten has their own personality, which is why we take the time to get to know every prospective family.
As a small, ethical breeder, we produce only a limited number of carefully planned litters each year. This allows us to dedicate our time and attention to every queen, every kitten and every family, ensuring every kitten receives the very best start in life.
Whether you're interested in one of our available kittens or planning ahead for a future litter, we're always happy to discuss and help guide you through the process.
Our reservation process has been designed to be straightforward, transparent and fair for every family.
If you're hoping to welcome a kitten from one of our future litters, you can join our paid waiting list. This gives families priority updates on our upcoming litters and allows us to get to know you and understand what you're hoping for before our kittens arrive.
Families on our waiting list will be matched with kittens based on their preferences as they become available. You can choose to pass on a kitten if the timing isn't right or the kitten isn't the right match for your family, while retaining your place on the waiting list for a future litter, subject to our waiting-list terms.
If any kittens remain available after families on our waiting list have chosen, they will be advertised publicly. You're welcome to contact us to enquire about an available kitten. Once we've had a conversation and agreed that the kitten is a suitable match for your family, a £300 non-refundable deposit will be required to secure your chosen kitten.
We do not hold or keep kittens without a deposit. A kitten is only considered reserved once the full £300 reservation deposit has been received.
Deposits are non-refundable if you change your mind or decide not to proceed. However, your deposit will be refunded if your chosen kitten does not pass the relevant veterinary health checks, or if, during the process of getting to know you and your circumstances, we determine that your home is not a suitable match for one of our kittens.
Welcoming a kitten into your home is a long-term commitment and a decision that should be made thoughtfully. We want to ensure that everyone in the household is fully committed to welcoming a kitten and providing them with a loving, safe and permanent home for life.
If you're hoping to welcome a kitten from one of our future litters, we offer a paid waiting list for families who would like priority updates as our upcoming kittens arrive and grow.
The waiting-list fee is £100, which is fully deducted from your £300 kitten reservation deposit, so you are not paying an additional cost. You would simply pay £100 to join the waiting list, and once you have chosen your kitten, the remaining £200 would be required to make up the full £300 reservation deposit.
The £100 waiting-list fee is non-refundable, if you decide not to remain on our waiting list before choosing a kitten.
Your place on our waiting list will remain secured, giving you priority updates on our upcoming litters. You'll also receive early updates throughout the journey, including planned pairings, successful matings, pregnancy, the arrival of our kittens and their development as they grow. We want you to feel involved throughout the process rather than simply waiting for kittens to become available.
When our kittens reach approximately 4–6 weeks of age, families on our waiting list will be contacted in waiting-list order. Kittens will be matched with families based on the preferences discussed when joining the waiting list, including colour, pattern and gender. We always encourage families to remain open-minded and flexible, as our litters are planned around the health, welfare and responsible breeding of our cats rather than individual requests.
Joining our waiting list does not guarantee that a kitten will be available to match your preferences within a particular time-frame. Availability depends on our planned litters, the kittens born and how closely they match your preferences, including colour, pattern, gender and timing.
We'll take the time to get to know you and understand what you're hoping for. While we can never guarantee a particular colour, pattern, gender or timing, this helps us identify kittens that may be a suitable match for your family.
Families can pass on a suitable kitten if the timing isn't right or they don't feel the kitten is the right match for their family, subject to our waiting-list terms. If any kittens remain available after families on our waiting list have chosen, they will be advertised publicly, and other interested families are welcome to contact us.
Joining our waiting list gives you the opportunity to follow our upcoming litters from the very beginning, while allowing us to get to know you and your circumstances so we can thoughtfully match our kittens with suitable forever homes.
Our pet kittens are £1,300.
A £300 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your chosen kitten, which is deducted from the final balance.
If you have joined our waiting list, your £100 waiting-list fee is fully deducted from the £300 deposit, leaving £200 payable when you choose your kitten.
🐾 Sibling Pair Discount
If you choose to welcome two suitable kittens into your home, we are pleased to offer a £100 sibling discount.
With our kittens priced at £1,300 each, two kittens would therefore be £1,250 each after the sibling discount.
The discount applies when two kittens are reserved together and go to the same home, whether they are from the same litter or from two litters of a similar age. Both kittens must be considered a suitable match for the family.
💳 Remaining Balance
The remaining balance must be paid in full on or before your kitten leaves for their forever home at a minimum of 14 weeks of age.
When our kittens reach approximately 4–6 weeks of age, families on our waiting list will be contacted in waiting-list order.
Kittens will be matched with families based on the preferences discussed when joining the waiting list, including colour, pattern and gender. If a kitten does not match your stated preferences, this will not count as a pass, and you'll remain on the waiting list to be considered for a more suitable match.
While we always take your preferences into consideration, we ask families to remain flexible and open-minded. litters are planned responsibly around the health, welfare and needs of our breeding cats, and we cannot guarantee that every litter will produce kittens matching particular preferences.
Our priority is always the health, welfare and individual needs of each kitten. We reserve the right to make the final decision on which home we believe is the most suitable for each individual kitten, taking into account their personality, temperament, needs and the circumstances of the home.
We understand that circumstances and timing can change, so you're welcome to pass on a kitten if the timing isn't right or you don't feel they're the right match for your family. If you decide to pass, you'll retain your place on the waiting list and remain eligible to be considered for future litters, provided the kitten does not meet the preferences discussed when you joined.
We operate one general waiting list for all future litters, rather than separate lists for individual queens. If you pass on your third suitable kitten match that meets the preferences discussed when you joined the waiting list, you'll be moved to the bottom of the waiting list.
Your waiting-list place will remain secured on an ongoing basis, with no fixed time-frame. Remaining on the waiting list does not guarantee that a suitable kitten will become available within a particular time-frame, as availability depends on our planned litters and the kittens born.
Once you've chosen a kitten and we've agreed that they're a suitable match for your family, we can move forward with the reservation. Your £100 waiting-list fee will be deducted from the £300 reservation deposit, leaving £200 payable to complete the deposit and secure your chosen kitten.
Our priority is always to place each kitten with a loving, suitable forever family where they can thrive. Every decision is made with the individual kitten's best interests at heart.
Once you've chosen a kitten and we've mutually agreed that they're the right match for your family, we can move forward with the reservation. While you may have a particular kitten in mind, we always take the time to ensure that their individual needs, personality and temperament are well suited to your home, so that every kitten can thrive in their forever family.
A £300 reservation deposit is required to secure your chosen kitten. If you've joined our waiting list, your £100 waiting-list fee will be deducted from the deposit, leaving £200 payable when you choose your kitten.
Once your reservation is confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email and receipt, along with important information about your chosen kitten, our address and everything you'll need to know as you prepare to welcome them home.
From there, you can relax and enjoy watching your little one grow and develop. We'll keep you updated throughout those special weeks before collection, sharing their milestones and little moments as their personality begins to shine.
One of the most exciting parts of welcoming a Ragdoll kitten is watching them grow and develop before they come home. We want you to feel involved in those precious early weeks, sharing in their milestones and watching their little personalities begin to shine.
Throughout your kittens time with us, we'll provide weekly updates, including pictures, videos and special moments from their journey. We'll always do our very best to share additional pictures and videos more frequently whenever time allows.
Our cats and kittens will always come first, and most of our time is dedicated to their care, well-being, socialisation and development. Capturing pictures and videos naturally comes second to ensuring they're happy, healthy and receiving all the love and attention they need.
That said, we understand just how special these weeks are for you, too. We'll do our best to share as many lovely moments as we can, so you can watch your kitten grow, see their personality develop and enjoy those little milestones as collection day draws closer.
From those first tiny weeks to the day you finally welcome them home, we hope you'll treasure being able to follow their journey and watch the beautiful little kitten they're becoming.
We love welcoming families and understand how special it is to meet your future kitten in person. However, the health, safety and well-being of our cats and kittens will always come first, above everything else. Protecting them during their vulnerable early weeks is something we take extremely seriously, and we will never compromise on their safety.
For this reason, we do not allow visits under any circumstances before our kittens have received their first veterinary health examination and first vaccinations. This is a firm policy that we will not make exceptions to. Young kittens are particularly vulnerable to infectious diseases, and limiting visitors during these early weeks is an important part of protecting their health. No visit is ever worth putting our kittens at risk.
Before visits are permitted, we're more than happy to arrange video calls, giving you the opportunity to meet our beautiful kittens, see them growing and developing within our family home, and ask any questions you may have.
Once our kittens have received their first health examination and vaccinations, visits can be arranged by appointment. You'll have the opportunity to spend time with your chosen kitten, meet their mum and see first-hand the loving home environment in which our kittens are raised.
We're also happy to show you our breeding cats' health testing certificates, pedigrees and relevant documentation, because transparency is an important part of responsible breeding.
Our visits are relaxed, personal and unhurried, giving you time to get to know your future kitten and discuss everything you need to know before they come home. However, our kittens' safety will always remain our number one priority, and our visiting policy will never be changed at the expense of their health or well-being.
Honesty and transparency are fundamental to responsible breeding, and we believe keeping you informed about your kittens health and development is an essential part of the journey.
Throughout your kittens time with us, we’ll keep you updated on their veterinary health examinations, vaccinations, microchipping and neutering or spaying, alongside other important health checks and developmental milestones.
If your kitten requires veterinary attention for any illness or injury while in our care, we’ll contact you as soon as possible, explain the situation openly and share any relevant veterinary information with you. We believe you should always be kept informed and never left wondering about your kittens well-being.
If a health concern arises that could significantly affect your kittens long-term health or quality of life, we’ll discuss this with you honestly and openly, explaining the situation and the options available. Depending on the circumstances and in accordance with our reservation agreement, this may include transferring your reservation deposit to another suitable kitten or a future litter, or providing a refund of your reservation deposit.
Your kittens health, safety and welfare will always come first. We’re committed to keeping you informed every step of the way, ensuring you can look forward to welcoming your kitten home with confidence and peace of mind.
Our kittens remain with us until a minimum of 14 weeks of age, giving them the time, care and preparation they need before leaving for their forever homes.
During this time, they receive their vaccinations and veterinary health examinations, are microchipped and neutered or spayed, and are given time to recover while continuing to grow and develop alongside their mum and litter-mates.
We never rush this process. Those extra weeks are incredibly important for your kittens health, well-being, socialisation and behavioural development, allowing them to build confidence, learn from their mum and siblings, and continue receiving the individual care and attention they need.
By collection day, your kitten will have received the care, veterinary attention and preparation we believe every kitten deserves, ready to begin their next chapter with you.
We want you to feel fully prepared for bringing your kitten home, which is why every kitten leaves with their veterinary records, registration and pedigree documentation, alongside our generously stocked welcome pack, thoughtfully put together with a wide range of essentials to help you and your kitten settle into life together.
For full details of everything included with your kitten, visit our Available Kittens page.
Our commitment to our kittens and their families doesn't end on collection day. When you welcome a kitten from us, you're not simply bringing home a pet; you're welcoming a little life we've invested so much love, time and care into raising, and that commitment continues long after they leave our home.
We offer lifetime breeder support, and we're always here to provide guidance, advice and reassurance throughout your kittens life. Whether you have a question in the first few days after collection, need advice as they grow, or simply want reassurance many years down the line, you can always reach out to us.
We believe lifetime support is one of the most important things a responsible breeder can offer. Raising happy, healthy, confident and well-socialised kittens takes an enormous amount of dedication, and we care deeply about the lives we bring into the world. That care doesn't suddenly stop when our kittens leave us, and we would never want a family to feel they're on their own once their kitten comes home.
Every kitten we raise will always hold a special place in our hearts. We've been part of their lives from the very beginning, nurturing their little personalities and giving them the best possible start, and we genuinely love seeing them continue to thrive with their families.
Our responsibility doesn't end when our kittens leave our home... It lasts a lifetime...
